The Alaska Outdoor Council held its annual awards banquet at the Millennium Hotel in Anchorage on Feb. 9, Gov. Sarah Palin handed out awards to left Dick Bishop, Mat-Su Borough Mayor Curt Menard and Rep. Bill Stoltze, R-Wasilla, for their part in wildlife conservation in Alaska.
