Leo Fernandez cleans the window of a Budget rental that has just been returned. The $54 million Rental Car Center, located at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, opened July 18. The project was developed by Venture Development Group, and was built by Neeser Construction Inc. and designed by KPB Architects.
